Who We Are
Our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly in the actions of our initiatives. From the moment we started our work in 2021, we understood that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Chase The Dream foundation. We strive to make a positive change in all of our pursuits.
What We Do
Recognizing the enormity of the challenges our society faces, Chase The Dream foundation is dedicated to making a lasting impact. While our efforts are driven by our organization’s focus, we spread a wide net by investing in a variety of programs.
Local Empowerment
Feeling like there are countless pressing issues that no single program could make a marked difference? Our Local Empowerment initiative has proven to be a powerful tool for chasethedreamfoundation to successfully serve our community and improve countless lives.
Capacity Building
Through our Capacity Building program, we have the potential to make real and positive change. This is one of our key areas of focus here at chasethedreamfoundation, and a source of much success for our Non-Profit Organization.

Our Team has over a combined 30+ years of experience in mentoring and community engagement. Each member of the team has been involved in countless hours of volunteer work. Together we are poised to provide services.
Services We Provide
We specialize in empowering youth through mentorship by providing tailored support and resources to enhance their impact. Our team offers strategic counseling to refine career path and job readiness program structures, creating paths that foster meaningful connections. We assist in creating comprehensive training materials for mentors, ensuring they are well-equipped to guide their mentees. Additionally, we facilitate workshops and networking events that connect non-profits with like-minded organizations, encouraging collaboration and sharing of best practices. By focusing on capacity building and sustainable growth, we use our mentorship program to help participants thrive, ultimately enriching the lives of those we serve and fostering a culture of support and empowerment within the community.
